Who we are
Only the Best Housing has been helping owners rent their homes for 15 years. When you reach out, you are talking with the owner, not a call center or a rotating account rep. I took over Only the Best Housing from a great friend who founded it, and I run it on the standard she set: do things right, follow the law, and treat people fairly.
What makes us different
Renting out a property usually comes down to two choices: do everything yourself, or hand it all to a property management company. We are the option in between. You choose the help you want, from placing tenants to ongoing support, and you stay in charge of your property the whole way. You set the rent. You give final approval on every tenant. We do the work and help keep you on the right side of the law.
