Oshkosh-Franklin-3 Bedroom House
Description
This 3 bedroom, 1 bath single family home sits on Franklin Street in Oshkosh, with a covered front porch out front and the character of an older home inside: arched doorways, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light.
The living room sits at the front of the house, and the kitchen offers pine cabinets, a refrigerator and range included, and a sunny dining nook for everyday meals. Washer and dryer hookups are in the home.
All three bedrooms have big windows, and the third works just as well as a home office if you do not need it as a bedroom. The full bath has a tub and shower combo with a pedestal sink.
Forced air heat keeps things warm in winter, a window air unit cools in summer, and parking is off street.
Rent is $1,700 per month with a $2,550 security deposit. One year lease. Unfurnished. Pets are negotiable with approval. Applicants need a minimum 620 credit score and no evictions in the past five years.
Available October 1. Contact us to schedule a showing.
