Oshkosh – Villa Park – 3 Bedroom Furnished House
Description
This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath quad-level home sits in the desirable Westhaven neighborhood on Oshkosh’s west side, about five minutes from Aurora Medical Center and minutes from shopping, dining, and Westhaven Golf Course. The owner keeps this as her own beautifully maintained home, so it comes stocked and decorated, not outfitted like a bare rental.
The main level has a bright living room with a smart TV and a dining table for six, flowing into an updated kitchen with a gas range, stainless appliances, an island with seating, and everything you need to cook. The lower level family room has a gas fireplace in a brick surround, perfect for Wisconsin winters.
Three furnished bedrooms are split two upstairs and one on the lower level, with a king bed, a double, and a futon. There is a full bath on each level, and the washer and dryer are on the lower level. At 1,596 square feet across four levels, there is room to spread out.
Outside there is a patio and a fire pit in a privacy fenced yard, with parking in the attached 2-car garage. The tenant handles lawn care and snow removal, and a lawnmower and snowblower are provided. Highway 41 is minutes away for commutes to Appleton, Fond du Lac, and Green Bay, and UW Oshkosh and Mercy Medical Center are within a ten minute drive.
This home rents furnished for stays of 30 days or longer, ideal for traveling professionals, relocations, and anyone between homes. Rent includes utilities, WiFi, and cable streaming. Security deposit equals one month’s rent. Dogs considered with approval. No cats. No smoking. Applicants need a minimum 650 credit score and no evictions in the past five years.
